Returns:
Frazier’s Fabrication & Performance has a 30-day return policy on all returns. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled, modified or damaged by incorrect use/installation. Frazier's Fabrication & Performance is not responsible for use/installation errors. Return freight charges will be refunded in the case that a product is determined to be defective and returned within 30 days. Expenses, such as: labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as a result of installation of any wrong or defective parts are not eligible for refund. All transaction fees (ex. credit card fees, Pay Pal fees) will be deducted out of refund amount. If your order was eligable for free shipping upon purchase, these fees will also be deducted from refund amount. The purchaser has 30 days to notify Frazier's Fabrication & Performance of missing pieces/contents. After 30 days Frazier's Fabrication & Performance is not responsible for missing pieces/contents.
Return Procedure
To arrange a return, please contact us by phone or e-mail (see below). The following information will be required to arrange the return:
- date of order
- order number
- customer name, phone and email address
- the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why the return is being requested
A refund or exchange/replacement items will be processed/shipped once the return has been received. All returns must be postage paid. Please package your return well as we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing. Please allow 2-4 business days to process the returned item.
